Trek Itinerary- Early morning transfer from Marrakech to Imlil (1,750m), passing through the scenic Moulay Brahim Gorges and the breathtaking landscapes of the High Atlas Mountains.
- Meet your guide and trekking team, enjoy a traditional Berber welcome tea, and prepare for the trek.
- Start hiking through the Aït Mizane Valley, passing by the village of Armed, the highest and largest village in the region, offering an authentic glimpse into Berber life.
- Cross the plateau and gradually ascend to the famous Sidi Chamarouch shrine, a well-known pilgrimage site.
- Continue the zigzagging ascent through rocky landscapes to reach the Toubkal Base Camp (3,207m).
- Dinner and overnight stay at the refuge, preparing for the summit climb the next day. (Approx. 5 to 6 hours of trekking)
- Early wake-up at 4:30 AM and breakfast before the ascent.
- Begin the summit climb at 5:00 AM, following a steep and rocky trail through scree slopes and rugged ridges.
- Reach the summit of Mount Toubkal (4,167m) in 3 to 4 hours, where you’ll enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the High Atlas Mountains and, on clear days, even the Sahara Desert.
- Take time to admire the scenery and capture stunning photos before descending back to the refuge for lunch.
- After lunch, trek back down to Imlil, followed by a transfer back to Marrakech. (Approx. 9 to 10 hours of trekking in total)
Clothing:
- Trekking boots (broken in beforehand).
- Warm jacket and rainproof jacket with a hood.

- Gloves (waterproof in winter).
