Welcome to Riad Village. By using our website and booking our rooms and treks, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any reservations.

  • Check-In: From 2:00 PM onwards.
  • Check-Out: By 11:00 AM.
  • Early/Late Check-In or Check-Out: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Guests should inform in advance for any changes to these times.
  • Reservation Deposit: A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation. The balance is due upon check-in.
  • Payment Methods: Acceptable payment methods include bank transfers, and cash upon arrival.
  • Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation up to 14 days before the check-in date. For cancellations within 14 days, the deposit is non-refundable.

Each room has a maximum occupancy. Additional guests, including children, must be approved in advance and may incur additional fees.

  • No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms. Guests may use designated outdoor smoking areas.
  • No Pets: Pets are not allowed unless specifically approved in advance.
  • Quiet Hours: To respect all guests, quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Excessive noise is discouraged at all times.
  • Damage and Property Care: Guests are responsible for any damage to the room or its contents. Any damage or loss should be reported immediately. Guests may be charged for repairs or replacement.
  • Cleanliness: Guests are expected to keep the room in good condition during their stay. Housekeeping services can be provided upon request.
  • Wi-Fi: Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided. The connection should be used responsibly and not for illegal activities.
  • Keys: Guests are responsible for their room keys. A lost key may incur a replacement fee.
  • Security: The property is secure, but guests are advised to lock doors and windows when leaving the apartment. The management is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • Emergency Contact: Provide an emergency contact number for any issues that arise during the stay.
  • Energy Conservation: Please turn off lights, and electrical appliances when not in use.
  • Water Usage: Conserve water wherever possible.

Any disputes during the stay should be communicated directly to the management. Efforts will be made to resolve issues promptly to ensure the guest’s satisfaction.
